ALCYONE PM-03 POLYPHENOLS METER
The new portable apparatus, patented by Caeleno S.r.l., a specialist in the development and control of the process of grape to wine, can determine within seconds the poliphenolic potential in the skin.
The ALCYONE PM-03 is very simple to use: just squeeze a grape so as to eliminate the pulp and pips and place the skin in a pincers.
In 15 seconds this instrument will provide the index of phenolic potential present in the skin tested express in P.M.I. (polyphenolic meter index).
This instrument also has memory capacity. The measures taken can be saved on an excel sheet or printed.
The calibration curve appears seconds after activation and remains active till turned off.
There is no need for chemicals or special maintenance other than battery replacement and a good cleaning at the end of each use.

NOTE: the instrument switches on showing the last date of the last zone. When the CAL sign flashes it means that calibration must be made. The display at the botton shows the index of the visualized zone. It is possible to memorize up to 250 sample areas for a total of 4000 skin-screening.
